Investment Criteria (including but not limited to)

1.  Industrial properties with larger land to building ratio with heavy industrial zoning suitable for outside storage
2.  Raw land with heavy industrial zoning and/or industrial underlying land use
3.  Multi-tenant warehousing up to approximately 100,000 SF
4.  Well located value-add office and flex properties
